The Free plan is entirely free of charge. No payment is collected, and therefore no refund is applicable. You may stop using the service at any time without any obligation.
All paid plans (Creator at ₹99/month, Pro at ₹499/month, Agency at ₹1499/month) are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
If you are unsatisfied with your paid plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the payment date. To request a refund:
Refund requests made after 7 days from the payment date are not eligible, as the service has been provided for that billing period. We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate the product before upgrading.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals — your current plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
We reserve the right to issue refunds outside this policy at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g., significant service outage or billing error). Refunds due to technical issues caused on our end will always be processed promptly regardless of the 7-day window.
