Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version: You can cancel any time. Paid plans give you a 7-day refund window if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, the current billing cycle is non-refundable. Free plan users are not charged anything.

1. Free plan

The Free plan is entirely free of charge. No payment is collected, and therefore no refund is applicable. You may stop using the service at any time without any obligation.

2. Paid subscriptions (Creator, Pro, Agency)

All paid plans (Creator at ₹99/month, Pro at ₹499/month, Agency at ₹1499/month) are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You will receive an email receipt for every payment.
Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period even after cancellation.

3. Refund window — 7 days

If you are unsatisfied with your paid plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the payment date. To request a refund:

Email support@youseetube.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
Include the email address linked to your account and your Razorpay payment ID (found in your receipt)
We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

4. No refunds after 7 days

Refund requests made after 7 days from the payment date are not eligible, as the service has been provided for that billing period. We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate the product before upgrading.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals — your current plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds outside this policy at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g., significant service outage or billing error). Refunds due to technical issues caused on our end will always be processed promptly regardless of the 7-day window.
