1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YouSeeTube at youseetube.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers. If you do not agree, please do not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

YouSeeTube is a YouTube trend analytics platform that provides real-time trending video data, channel analytics, and keyword tracking using the YouTube Data API v3. The Service is intended for informational and research purposes for content creators and marketers.

YouSeeTube is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC or YouTube. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You may not create multiple accounts to exploit Free plan limits.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans (Creator, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk via automated means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Attempt to exceed your plan's API call limits through workarounds
• Resell, sublicense, or share account access with others (except Agency multi-user seats)
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Data API policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, UI design, code, and branding on YouSeeTube are the property of the platform operator. YouTube video data displayed through the Service is sourced from YouTube's public API and remains the property of the respective content owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute our platform's design or code.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data will be accurate at all times. Trending data is sourced from YouTube's API and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete due to API limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouSeeTube and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify existing subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Fair usage

One-time (lifetime) purchasers receive the full feature set of their chosen plan but must comply with the same API and usage limits that apply to that plan (for example, 500 API calls/day for Pro). Heavy or abusive usage (excessive automated requests, scraping, or actions that degrade service for others) may trigger temporary throttling, rate-limiting, or account suspension at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust individual limits, request that high-usage customers upgrade to a higher plan or a commercial tier, and to take remedial action to protect platform stability.
